Our Story

Welcome to Cookie Couture, founded by two friends, Niklas and Kilian, who share a passion for delicious cookies. Our story began with a simple idea: we wanted to bring the beloved American cookies to Europe and combine them with the finesse of French patisserie and the tradition of German baking craftsmanship.

As word spread about our cookies, we realized that we had created something people truly loved. Soon, our small kitchen could no longer keep up with the demand, so we decided to open our own cookie shop in the heart of Cologne.

We use only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients for all our cookies to ensure that every bite is a real treat. Our large social media community also appreciates this, which generates a considerable amount of media attention for our brand.

The successful opening of our first franchise store in Stuttgart marks another important milestone. We are delighted that even more people will be able to enjoy our haute couture cookies. Numerous other stores will also be opening their doors soon.

Another exciting year for Cookie Couture: With the opening of new franchise locations, we are expanding the reach of our signature cookies to Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, and numerous other cities. We are proud to see our community continue to grow and to delight cookie lovers all over Germany.

With the opening of our second company-operated store in Düsseldorf, not only Cookie Couture continues to grow, but also our team. Operating our own stores allows us to gain valuable operational insights from day-to-day business and incorporate these learnings directly into the ongoing development of our concepts, processes, and products.
