Your tasks:
- You work directly together with the founders
- You support management in developing the strategy, ensuring strategy execution through OKRs and driving the CEO agenda
- You support and lead strategic projects from the founders
- You get deep insights into the daily work of management and learn everything about building and managing a startup
- You create analyses and presentations for the founders and make sure meetings, e.g. leadership and board meetings, run smoothly
- You get to know Cookie Couture in detail
- You have a very good command of German and English
Qualifications
- You are currently studying with a background in business and economics
- You enjoy working in a challenging hypergrowth environment
- You have strong analytical skills, an excellent business sense and a quick grasp of the situation
